The company has made sure that the upcoming Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be free from such explosion issues and will successfully grab the users attention.

The new safety standards inculcated in Galaxy S8

The company has designed and implemented new safety standards for its new Galaxy S8 devices and to overcome the drawbacks of Galaxy Note 7. The company has expanded its testing process for the upcoming devices. The newly designed safety standards include checklist containing 8 points like inspecting batteries.

The company has inculcated an Accelerated Usage Test. The test mimics the phone usage patterns of the customers for certain time period. All different factors like battery discharge, water exposure are being tested. The tests are carried out by 100,000 employees to make sure that device is free from any flaws.

The changes to expect in upcoming Galaxy S8 device

Samsung has planned to minimize the battery capacity of the device after the problems faced by Galaxy Note 7. The battery capacity for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be 3,000 mAh and 3,600 mAh respectively. The battery life of the device will last longer on a single charge with the help of energy management feature.

After six months of one-year usage, the device will turn out to be better in terms of battery life than the earlier phones.
