The German car maker BMW has launched the Car-rental and sharing service in Seattle, United States. The German Luxury car maker brand company is offering customers almost 370 BMW cars and Mini Vehicles. The car maker companies worldwide are looking to appeal the masses who want convenient transportation facilities; BMW has followed the same path.
“Our customers rightly expect uncomplicated and fast solutions to their individual mobility needs, especially in metropolitan regions,” Said Peter Schwarzenbauer, Board Member responsible for mobility services. The service which is launched by BMW is named as ReachNow. The ReachNow will offer transportation and car-rental options for customers. There are options like Long-term car rental, Short term car rental, and Chauffeur service and delivery vehicles. The ease of transportation for customers is BMW’s utmost priority, Said Mr. Peter.
In 2011, the BMW launched DriveNow service in German cities, which is the same as ReachNow. It was a big success for the company, as there are almost 450,000 regular customers of this service. The DriveNow has car-sharing and car-rental business model, which is convenient for customers. The customers don’t have to worry about the fuel expenses, car maintenance, taxes and mainly, Parking.
The ReachNow customers in the United States can rent their vehicles to others, via the service. The cars will sent to others for the limited time frame.
